When to commence exercise with eating plan and best method of fitness.

Evening all!

Some advice needed please

I have started with the SW plan. I'm not sure when the best time is to incorporate exercise to aid weight loss, had conflicting information from colleagues. Been told told lose more of my weight first and then after 3 stone look to get back into dvd's(jilian michaels, etc). Previously, I lost weigt by hammering exercise and realtively healthy eating! but it crept back on when stopped both. I want to make sure I do the best this time so I'm not failing months down the line.

I've also toyed with the idea of rejoining a gym in the new year to also help, but with cost implications will have to see!

Here goes with my queries:-

!, When have you combined exercise with your eating plan?
2, Most succesful with dvd's or gym's or both?
3. Apert from Jillian Michaels, which other dvd's have benefited you?
