when will i stop feeling hungry

The first week is the hardest. I'm on day 4 and don't feel hungry but I still miss food. Just take it one day at a time, think of things you need to do and try and distract yourself. I think it is getting easier in one respect (hunger) but harder in another (missing eating).

hi,
my hunger went on the fifth day, the day b4, on the fourth it got sooo hard for me i was going to stop lipotrim!!!
but the next day was a total change in feeling, mood, and hunger pains. they were all gone!! i'm on day 7 now, and had my first weigh in. Lost a stone. Hold on there! it does get easier!

why am i so crap its only my first day an im worried about sticking to it all i keep thinking about it food its like my head doesnt understand why am i not eating!

Youre not crap at all. Its a huge adjustment to make. I was obsessed with food the first few days, could have wept at times thinking about things. It WILL pass, and it WILL get easier, I promise, just dont give in. Get through today and youre one step closer to ketosis, and your first weigh in :)

is exante better ?
Ive never done LT so I dont know how it compares, to be honest I chose it primarily because its online. Theres no one near here who does LT. I dont like the counselling idea of LL and I dont fancy going to a CDC. And best of all I like all the shakes, soups and bars and its not expensive so I like it lol

you can have 3 tfr shakes soups or a bar theres a little more calories but it does taste better also the bars are much better and theres more flavours to choose from. im thinking of switching at the moment its cheaper too as on offer.check the website

It is. You have 3 packs a day made up from your choice of soups, shakes or bars. Buying them individually cost about £50 but you can buy a months supply for £100 that comes as a bumper pack with 7 of each soup, 7 of each shake and 14 of each bar

I have a shake for brunch, soup for dinner and split my bar have half in the late afternoon and half late evening

Well to answer your question, I'm now on day 12 and as for wanting to eat that should die down at the latest by day 5 or 6 and after that you fancy something to eat but not actually wanting to eat - if that makes any sense, if not it certainly will soon :GoodLuck:

My hunger didn't subside until the 9th day, but then I'm slow in a number of ways so that figures.
