what do you do?

ive got about 16lbs to go till ill be happy with what i weigh, and i just know ill be losing about 1lb a week from now on :-(

is there anything i can do to try and speed it up? i dont want to wait 16 weeks (more like 20 odd coz its over xmas lol) to get to goal.

can we speed up our metabolism by doing anything? im going to start drinking green tea again, always speeds up my WL a bit, but also makes me very very fertile lol seeing as hubby has now had the snip thats not a worry :)

when my weight loss slowed down I used to do the wendie plan. You find it
at Noreen's website "uk lady luck" dot co dot uk, it doesn't allow me to write the link, very odd! :eek:

I do a version of the Wendie plan... I don't do exact daily points that she gives but I do save a few points here and there then have about 10 extra points 2 days before my weigh in then lower points for the couple of days after the blow out....x

why don't you try to play catch up instead? Having 10points extra at the beginning of the week, have 4p less than your allowance the following day and then save a point here and there until you don't make the 10points up? This way you give your body more time to lose the water retention gained with the super high day!

i think ill be doing some sort of extreme version of this this week :)

had a huge blow out at the weekend, wouldnt even like to begin counting!!

anyway, just trying to limit the gain!!

Mine have slowed down but then so has my effort :( i just can't get back into it but i so want this other stone off asap!! its starting to piss me off lol

I have my blow out on Saturdays but get weighed on Mondays so don't get long to eek my points back.... I do think it gives you a boost...x
