:) It doesn't make a difference as long as you are not feeling hungry... Sometimes i didn't fancy anything until late afternoon and would make one into a muffin and double up on a shake (two raspberry together) then leave the last pack to drink just before i go to bed.... It's up to you hun...xxx

I personally have them spaced out during the day, breakfast, lunch and tea. Though having Sam and Karen around this morning I totally forgot about my breakfast.

From what my LLC said last night you can have them at any time, I'm like Sonya though I have mine spaced through the day with my last one at around 8-9pm.

It will vary as I work day shift and night shift...mostly I am spacing them out and trying to get into more of a routine with it this week... Aim this week...

choc milkshake breakfast
caramel milkshake lunch
soup made into pancake thingie and savoury drink dinner
bar later in evening

Since fairly early on in the programme I have tended to have all my packs in the evening. For a few reasons really -
- I don't seem to get hungry during the day and like something to have in the evening
- my job takes me out and about a lot so its not always easy to mix a shake
- I hate badly mixed shkes/soups os prefer to do it with my blender at home (my blender is like my best friend - very sad!)
-I REALLY wanted to break the "eat because the clock says its lunchtime/teatime" habit, and I think that has worked. I intend to eat when I'm hungry when on management.

MY LLC says it doesn't really matter when you have them or if you space them out or not. The important thing is you get all the nutrition from 4 packs in 24 hours. It hasn't made a difference to my weight loss.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who works odd hours :rolleyes: ;)


I'm on first shift tonight, so had a breakfast shake, soup for lunch, slept for an hour and then had a soup when I got to work at 7pm and will have last pack around 11'ish. I did remember to bring a shake for the morning :cool:

I tend to have one at lunch time and the last 2 in the evening, sometimes a bar with a hot tetra mixed with coffee or crisps with a shake.
