    HI ALL, WHEN IM HUNGRY ONE THING REALLY FILLS ME UP, ITS SYN FREE RICE PUDDING ON EE OR GREEN.
    1/2 CUP OF RICE , ADD WATER THAT COVERS RICE BY APPROX 3 IN, BRING TO BOIL, LET RICE SWELL UNTIL ITS THICK AND WATER EVAPORATED, LET COOL ,WHEN COOL ADD SWEETNER TO TASTE AND GREEK O % YOGURT. MIX TOG ITS FAB. YOU CAN USE SYN FREE ANY FLAVOURED YOGURTS.:bliss:

    Yes I like this too ,I make it alot and use 2 drops of vanilla essence, a vanilla muller light too and a little cinnamon.

    HI LADIES, HAVE YOU GOT THE RECIPE FOR POLENTA PORRIDGE PLEASE, SOUNDS GOOD ."once i ate a jellyfish, it didn't taste like jelly;it didn't even taste of fish, but oh my aching belly"
