Where can i find some more info about OWL

I have read my Atkins book and my atkins recipe book but im not sure what extra foods i can i have.?


And do i have to OWL just yet. Ive been on induction, this is my fifth week.

What difference will it make if i stay on induction and what if i go onto OWL.


Any advice greatfully recieved thankyou
