Where did it all go wrong?

Hi all!

I'm a 21 year girl and currently weigh just under 14 stones at 5'6!
I really don't know how I allowed myself to get to this, as at 18 years I was a size 8-10 and now I'm 16-18 :cry:
Well know I've decided to get of my big backside and do something about it!
I have lost a stone since last december and that was just be healthier eating I have slipped recently and put on like 2-3 pounds- but that includes christmas/new year so I'm not suprised.
As I'm at Uni and my course is quite demanding I haven't got the time (or money!) to go to the gym, so instead I have decided to do exercise dvd's such as Davina Fit and Rosemary Conley and I also try to go walking for 30 mins when I'm free.
I am gonna use this website quite alot and join the challenges to keep me motivated and make sure that by my next bday in May I will be seeing positive changes!
