where to start?

Just found this site and have been considering a VLCD for a while.
I went to see my local LL counsellor, but I have to say she didn't impress me and I think the diet is rather too expensive.

So I am off to meet with the CD counsellor next, and was wondering what are the pros and cons of all the different VLCD's?

New to this, so any advice appreciated.

Looking for Slimville!
I'm not really sure of the differences myself...they are all pretty similar as far as I can see.

However, I was previously on the Cambridge Diet and it worked for me. But, as with every diet, you need to stick to the maintenence at the end. Which is were I had my downfall. Oops!

Hopefully someone will be along who is more helpful.
well, I contacted the CD people, but they were on hols for 3 weeks, so I have signed up for GoLower instead!
