I am going on holiday in just over a week and asked for some advice on what i should take food wise as i am away for 4 weeks. I got lots of helpful suggestions and have got pasta 'n' sauces, mugshots and wholemeal pasta in the cases ready to go. I also read Phils post on his Disney trip for suggestions. I wondered if there was anything else anyone could think of that would be good to take. We're going to Cyprus so lots of fresh fruit, veges and fat free yogurts but wondered if anyone had any further suggestions.

Maybe take some crispbreads that you know you can use as HEX , I always take choc options for that little sweet moment ,you should be able to manage with all that lovely fresh fruit and veg, plenty of eggs. enjoy yourself you lucky thing.

Hi

I took mugshots, mullers, philly extra light cheese,crackerbread, robinsons squash. Quorn odds and sods.

I had mostly ham/cheese/ crackerbreads/ cereals for breakfast
Took loads of meat etc into the parks for lunch.
had mug shots, cous cous for tea with mullers/LF yogs.

We walked everywhere and didn't take any transport. I drank probably 2/3 ltrs of water every day min.

I also took fresh fruit as well.
