Had the 5 bean chilli today with basmati rice, it is quorn and beans so i knew was going to be a good choice and i'd only used 1 syn so far. Anyway, got home and in the book it says 5 bean chilli with basmati rice and tortilla chips - 4.5syns. I didnt eat the tortilla chips. Does anyone know what just the chilli and rice would be? If I knew it was only 4.5syns I'd of eaten the darn chips, lol!
thats not bad!! Sorry hun... dont know what the chips wouldve been from w.spoons, my book says that 28g tortilla chips is 6.5 syns on red or green
