Which Days ????

    I have stuck to EE since joining SW but just wondered can you do a day on each ? I mean like a red day followed by Green day followed by EE ????

    Enjoying EE but do now know if I eat too much on it if that makes sense ????

    Yes you can. I regularly mix up my days. eg. This week I have had Green, Red, Red, EE, Red, Green, Red

    Yep I think a mix is a good thing :) though EE as it says is easy

    Choose whatever plans are best for you what's easiest for your lifestyle. For me personally it's usually Green with 1 or 2 EE days.

    Makes very much sense! I have had all EE days, not even considered Green or Red days... Don't eat meat every day but I'd just feel like I was restricting myself if I decided I was having a Green day. Restarting SW the second time in a month, I have taken much more control of my portion sizes, so don't really worry about eating too much now. I tend to eat salad before my meal so am kind of fullish before I get to the meat/pasta/rice :)

    Thanks all. The other thing is I don't always get my 1/3 superfree food with every meal and have found myself snacking on free food not superfree food which seems to get mixed views. Some people say thats ok others say its not and it confuses me :confused: !! x

    I have mainly Red days, but sometimes throw and EE or a Green day. I have had a EE day today. xxxx
