WHICH MEAL TO HAVE WHEN!

hi all,
Been on the diet two weeks today and was wondering about the meals and what others have and when. I have just started with the bars but got wondering if it was a bad idea to have one every day or not. I am on the 4 sachets plus 200 ml skimmed milk. Just looking for advice and ideas.

well done for sticking to two weeks. I just had my second WI last night. I have done LL and also Cambridge before but this is definately the most positive attempt I have made. I am doing SS+ same as yourself. I don't have the bars as they always make me want to eat more and they can knock some people out of ketosis if you are carb sensitive I believe.

I have a porridge about 9.30. shake at about 2, porridge about 6.30 and last shake at about 9pm
 
I'm still on day 7 so I have a ways to go before enjoying the bars but my eating schedule is like this;

9:30 Porridge
1:30 Soup (usually spicy tomato soup)
5:00 Evening shake
9:00 Final shake

And 3 litres of water and/or herbal teas throughout the day :D
