which milk is the best?

It is often said to drink milk, because this is very good for you as it contains lots of calcium and vitamins. But which milk is the best one? You mind so many different packages in the supermarket-for example the regular full-cream, the low-fat milk, milk with extra calcium or vitamin D or even lactose free milk. This variety is very confusing, because I don't really know which one is the best. Any comments?

I agree - if you can find it. It's made by Dale Farm over here in Norn Iron. I've even converted my other half to it! No mean feat I can tell you!
