Which one is best?

Off to a family lunch on Sunday, and looked at the menu, I have picked out the two most best/sw friendly ones and wanted your opinion on which one I should have? So its out of Marinated Lamb rump with greek salad and pitta bread OR Tuna steak with nicoise salad and quails eggs? If you have any idea on what syns they might be too that would be great! Thanks xx

Ah thank you. Well the menu says the tuna steak is chargrilled so presume if I was on a red day this would be free? Good idea with the dressing to be put on the side! Will definately ask them to do that. Lamb doesnt say how or what it is cooked in so am thinking that tuna maybe the better option?
