I prefer green, as it is cheaper and I find it better for me. However, all the plans work - it is just a question of finding what suits you best.
Anyway, you don't have to decide on one plan and stick to it. You can have a red day, a green day and then an EE day if you want to.
Whatever sort of day I am having, I always plan it around the vegetables. I have vegetables with meat, or with pasta, not the other way around, if you see what I mean. I aim for more than one-third superfree whenever possible. I am not saying you have to do this, it's just what I do.
