Which weight on scales? Day/night?

i prefer to weigh in the mornings at class after breakfast but as i work shifts, sometimes i can only make the evening class and always tend to weigh the same or a little heavier unless i've had a dramatic weight loss which isnt very often :-(
 
At the end of the day, whilst people do weigh more in an evening than in the morning, it shouldn't make any difference in the grand scheme of things, cos as long as you record your weight at the same time every week then you should still lose! Some weeks I have to go to an evening group due to work, but I know as long as I stick to plan I will still see a loss over the month :)
