Hello… need your help please

I'm throwing a bit of a dinner party this evening and I wanted to make a decadent pudding.
Could all you lovely, cleverer people try and "Slimming Worldify" this recipe for me
White Chocolate and Orange pots
Makes six
Pot
310ml milk
300ml creme fraiche
6 egg yolks
250g white chocolate
1 tsp gelatin
2 tbsp sweetner
Glaze
8 tbsp sweetner
1/4 pt orange juice
2 tsp gelatin
Raspberries to serve
I was also going to swap the white chocolate for options hot chocolate?Does that sound gross??
Without these swaps they are 17+ syns per pot and I'm not sure I can justify that no matter how nice they look on the photo!!

310ml milk
300ml creme fraiche

2 tsp gelatin
Raspberries to serve
- Combine milk & crème fraiche in a saucepan and bring to a simmer
- in a separate bowl whisk the egg yolks & sweetner then
- gradually whisk in the hot milk mixture and add 1 tsp gelatin
- return to a low heat and stir constantly until thickened
- Add the choclate and stir through till melted
- Pour the custard into 6 ramekins and leave in fridge to set
- soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Heat the orange juice and sweetner and boil for 1 minute
- then add the gelatin
- Pour over the custard and leave to set
- decorate with the raspberries
