Congrats to all the losses, I have had a very bad off plan weekend, I am most certainly going to pay for it at WI on Friday :cry:

Well it was all going so well - then I had a very busy & sociable week - resulting in 2 pounds on! I do think this is a bit harsh as I thought that although I was in very pleasant situations with good wine & food - I had kept myself on plan when I possibly could. Could be the champagne & canape's from last night!!! Anyway 3 more weigh ins & 5 pounds to lose - its do-able!

I sometimes think its not a genuine gain especially when it's food made by others as there could be more salt in than normal and extra salt can put you quite a lot on with water retention, so I reckon you'll have all that gain off next week and then some :)

.... and I did start my period this morning - forgot about that! More water retention - don't feel half as bad now!
 
My weekend was awful SW wise, otherwise it was great :D so I am not holding out much hope for WI tomorrow. I was only 0.5lb away from reaching my challenge goal as well. Ah well time will tell,I will report back with WI result tomorrow.
 
I'm sure it will be better than you think.
I had a sneaky look at scales this morning & i've lost 2 pounds I put on officially yesterday! So it was only temporary - better keep it up for next Wed!

Well I went chinese for a meal last night but rest of time I've been being good so fingers crossed can't get to my next two weigh ins due to shifts pfffft so I'm hoping I've done ok in 2 weeks time

Well folks I have no idea how I did it, but I lost 1lb which mean that I have met my six week challenge :party0011: in fact I went past by 0.5lb. I think my saving grace was the fact that even tho I was not very well behaved food and drink wise on Sunday and Monday I never missed a workout, I am on day 11 of the 30 day shred. I hope everyone is well and having a good week.
