I have spectacularly failed twice this week - the Good Food show on Thursday was amazing but there's no way I could have stayed on plan - the whole point of it is food!! Then had the first night out since my daughter was born, last night, with the other Mummies and had 5 cocktails. Whoops! Not too hopeful for monday WI. I am just crossing my fingers that I might stay the same. Maybe...!

i love the good food show went every yr without fail before i had my son and once since its awesome ..... havent been to the summer one yet but i want too

yep although i would have liked to have got to target hovering a few lb either side of 12 st was my realistic goal with all thats happening in my life at mo so im happy :)

Thanks hun, I have always wanted to go to the good food show, I am hoping maybe next year. I wouldn't worry about your cocktails there were well deserved, as long as you got back on track straight away. Good luck for WI my fingers are crossed for you xx

Well I have learned my lesson!!! I managed to put ON a whopping 5lb at weigh in. I'm on * week this week and I always put on about 2lb the week before anyway, but that's still 3lb on :'( Apparently the good food show and cocktails are a bad combination. I'm back on plan this week and have been really pushing myself on my workouts so hopefully i'll have shifted most of it again by weigh in but I've stuffed my chances of making a stone by the end of the challenge!

I was going to have a few days off at Christmas but I've changed my mind now - I think one day will be more than enough and i'll probably gain massively anyway. Grr. I wish I was one of those people who isn't bothered about food - life would be much much easier!

I'm hearing ya I'm a major foodie and love cooking and cooking programmes too hughs 3 good things is a current fave and to top it off hubby is a chef the food at the bistro he works at is amazing but sadly ifs full of butter cream wine more butter more cream and all kinds of tasty things :(

Who am I kidding, I watch them all!! I've actually found a few things on Jamie's 15 Minute Meals that are SW friendly which is quite nice. Nigella is definitely NOT sw friendly though!

I do most of cooking at home cos after doing 40 hrs in 3.5 days he really cba but I love to cook so it isn't a problem ..... I love Hugh his recipes are really adaptable to sw

Well WI a day early for me, so pleased to have lost another 3lb taking my total to 10lb in 4 wks!!! Only 2lb to lose to hit my target!!!!
