The most I personally managed was 14lbs in week one.
I had a client who lost 24lb in week 2, and only 4lb the first week.... just goes to show that everybody is different!
I lost 7.5 which i was chuffed with and has continued to motivate me for the last 5 weeks - no cheating!
I drink approx 3 litres a day ( and spend the rest of the time on here or on the loo!!!)

Well today was my first weigh in at WW and i lost an absolute amazing 21lbs in my first week i am totally gobsmacked and the leader told me to get on and off the scales 3 time !!
