You can roast a chicken, eat the skin with buttered greens and pour over a sauce made with reduced meat juices, a splash of white wine and some sage!
As a new atkins convert I am still amazed by what I am eating! My dinner tonight was soooo delicious!
Thanks Jim. This is the only eating plan (don't want to call it a diet) I've been on where everything I'm eating is totally delicious and enjoyable. It's that good my husband has joined me on it and thinks my cooking has improved big time!!
