Re a diary - I did do one, but didn't keep it up- I think though to get rid of this last half stone I might have to write everything down again and get back to basics as I have ONLY lost 6lb's in the last 10 weeks - with a Christmas gain and then 3 weeks to get rid of that 2.5lb's - but I gotta admit that I'm not 100% on plan all the time and tend to have a couple of days messing about per week.

So I am going to knuckle down - it's silly paying a fiver a week and not sticking to plan.

So - forever downwards - whoop whoop.
