my first week weigh in and i have lost 9lb:D. im so chuffed as during the week it seemed like i wasnt doing so well. Cant belive ive eaten that much and still lost weight:)
On to my 2nd week;)
 
thankyou both i have just been eating oats so simple and a banana for brekki a sandwich or ww quiche for lunch then a low cal evening meal with lots of veg to fill me up. then id have a ww snack for a treat. xx
