Many thanks for your really supportive replies and encouragement.

It really means a lot whilst on this dramatic journey to slimdom.

I nearly slipped today after lots of car troubles!!! but I never, I came on here instead.

Going on a date tomorrow and warned him that I am on water in advance and he hasnt run a mile yet so watch this space......... I might want some bridesmaids Ha Ha
