Staying at OH's folks and i find it really hard to diet when i am here!

Yesterday I had:
Burger and chips out for lunch
Half a twirl
3 small glasses of wine
A bag of cheese and onion crisps
And a handful of midget gems

Whoops!!

Have to be extra good all week to undo the damage!

I know that you what you ate what off plan and not very healthy, but that's not a lot of food over the course of a whole day, so just forget it and start again :)
