well done everyone, my 3rd weigh in 2moro...... ive still been 100% abstinant bu mentally ive struggled. i feel the past few days im constantly arguing with myself about giving up!!! i still havent gave in 2 this crooked thinking bot its testing my resolve. the quicker rtm comes alomg the better.... i honestly dont know how much longer i can take this. xx
