Why 15 minutes?

An idea why the shakes have to be consumed within 15 minutes? I know I'd fair better if I could sip on them throughout the day rather than taking them at once. :sigh:

Apparently Exante like you to drink the shakes within 15 minutes as that is when all the good nutrients get released and they can dissolve and get less powerful if you do not consume! Tasha x

As tasha said above, they have to be consumed withn 15 mins as all the vitamins and nutrients will dissolve in the water. So the quicker u drink the shake the better it is for yourself.

i wanted to sip during the day as well but drinking it asap will have to do
