Why all of a sudden am I struggling?

#1
This is my 7th week, so far I have found it relatively straight forward, had excellent losses and have dropped two dress sizes.

So why all of a sudden am I finding this so hard? Yesterday and today have been worse than the first week!

All I can think of is food, I have not cheated and I won't, after six full weeks I can get through this.

We are just about to take our two boys out for a while to try and get my mind off food!!

Just need to get to bedtime!

everyone has days like this hon. ignore the naughty head voices. you do right to keep yourself busy!! maybe split up your shakes so you have six smaller portions rather than three bigger ones to help with the cravings? maybe shift up onto ss+ for a week or two?

Hi, I had that week a little while ago....I found it hard and put it down to the fact that I had tried the bars for the first time, I think the physical act of biting and chewing something flipped a switch in my head that made me want to eat anything in sight.
Through sheer stubborness, I refused to give in to it and laid off the bars the next week and I was fine again.
I'm sure you'll find a way to get around it somehow, good luck xx

When I was on SS I would go weeks on end with no problems and then suddenly I would hit a wall and get terrible cravings....you just have to fight through it and keep yourself busy.I always found that a couple of days later I was ok again and a weigh in would always help,as funnily enough the bad cravings weeks I seemed to have high losses

I have had this the past week, during week 5, it has been soooo hard and I don't think I have lost any weight this week either (have monthly weigh ins with CDC so have just gone by my scales. I feel a bit better now - I guess it's just one of those things to test us and if we can get through it, we come out stronger - well I hope so anyway!!

Good luck xx

I'm going to lay off the bars next week too, they make me feel bingey.
