Hey.. off the top of my head, the average smoker only succeeds quitting after the 8th time or something. Point is you have to keep going and keep trying. Learn where you made the mistakes before, and try and do something about it this time. You have to *make* the diet work for you, you can't expect the diet to do all the work for you if that makes any sense? And rather than putting it off til tomorrow or monday, make it today you start. There's always another tomorrow (on every day except one!), but today is the only day that you can act on!
