Ive been on CD for 2weeks and lost nearly a stone. Im well chuffed but im getting fed up of being so cold!

Currently im sat in my pjs, hoody, dressing gown and a blanket and im FREEZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its rubbish when its gorgeously sunny and hot outside and im in a jumper, while everyone is in short sleeved tshirts!

Any ideas as to why im so cold? feel like im going to get frostbite soon!!!

Nicky, it's part of ketosis. You are not getting enough calories to keep you warm.

Yes, its the ketosis! I am constantly freezing! But when you see the weight come off, its worth having to wrap up more than anybody else!!
