Why am i not loosing weight?? ;(

Ok today's diary
Breakfast: 28g weetabix minis with skimmed milk (HE) and banana
Snack: banana
Lunch: low fat batchelors chicken and herb super noodles, orange
Snack: active snack pot cherry flavour (syn free one)
Dinner: 3 egg omelette made with mushrooms and 2x light baby bells (HE)

I would say you're eating NOWHERE NEAR enough food! :eek: And where are all your superfree? Theres barely any fruit/veg in there. Seriously, that lot is a snack to me!
 
Let us know which plan you are doing - also you're not having any syns on that food menu

I was guessing green or red- I see 2 HEAs
...since there is pasta, maybe it's green?

Totally my initial thought! I read it going "dude- where's the food?"

Yep- not enough food there in my opinion- definitely need more superfree at LEAST.
 
Im going green as I'm vegetarian. I'm not a big fruit and veg person, I'm really struggling to get my 5 aday! I'll try and eat more then this week and see how I go. Is it just more snacks I need to have? Cause I'm dinners are quite big anyway.x
