why are evenings evil!!

its nearly 6pm when i will be having a hot choc. evenings are SO hard without food. can't wait until I start losing properly as at least i'll have something positive to think about!!

have had a long shower (was freezing so had it very hot), put loads of body cream on and come back on here and its only been 30 mins!!

bring on the weekdays and work.

I used to always have my last shake at around 6pm but now I have it around 8pm and makes the evening shorter :)
I know some people split their shakes and spread them out even more. Why don't you try that? :)

The evenings are harder aren't they - I don't know if it's because in the past, evenings were spent eating ! Well that was the case for me and it's just difficult trying to get used to that! x Soon enough your weight will be coming off and you will be feeling good x

i think most people used to do the majority of their 'bad eating' in the evenings, me included!!!

i find i am wishing my life away on this diet. always wishing for the next weigh in day to come round. it's in a good way though-i'm excited to see what i have lost!!!! x

hi to every1 ..i know totally wat u all mean nites are the hardest 4 me 2:eek:. i think its mainly boredom and habit 4 me im only on day 3 of restart so early days i was goin great guns and fell off the wagon and was a big mistake 1 day turned into 3 weeks and 9lbs of wat i lost back on.:mad: i cant wait 4 week 2 and bars ... i used 2 halve them and save half 4 the nites and cut up in2 small pieces and put them in the fridge. ive started drinkin peppermint tea and that takes the edge off as im not a gr8 water glugger and by the end of the day im sick of lookin at it... xx
