Any advice would be welcome! I was doing great on the diet and, as you can see on my ticker, lost a fair amount of weight and was nearly there. Then I lost the plot and have spent the last month eating my way through enough food to feed a third world county. I've put on pretty much a stone and look and feel like crap. Have emailed my councellor and hope to restart the diet on Thursday but I just wondered if anyone had any tips to refocus me, keep me on track or what to do over the next few days leading up to Thursday?
