When you are not dieting, you avoid the scales like the plague. But when you are dieting they become your best friend?.

Your so called friend tells you when you have put on weight, but not when you are losing it?

When you are SS, you can't imagine doing anything else, but when you are off the wagon, you can't ever imagine SS again.

When you lose a few pounds you think that those pair of trousers that were very tight are going to magically fit you a week later.

When you are SS you drink plenty of water, but when you are off the wagon, water goes by the wayside.

You promise (convince) yourself that the bars are so lush, that you will still eat them when you are no longer dieting, but they soon get abandoned in favour of a snickers:D

That made me laugh. The second one I can soooo relate to at the moment. No one knows i'm doing ss, i've dropped 2 dress sizes and no one has mentioned it. However, they would be so quick to mention if i'd gone up 2 dress sizes. There's nowt as queer as folk. :D
