Why is LT not advertised more, it's fab

Didn't work for me either- I was saving all my points up for going out at the weekend and getting pi**ed! LOL! (Was a lot younger & dafter then though!) I'd eat nothing but plates of veg then go out & have loads of booze & a curry chip or something on the way home. I always stuck to my points, but never lost anything!! There was no learning about what the body needs to function properly, or why we should spread our points out over the day to keep our metabolisms running okay. I find most 'diet' companies/clubs are like that- they tell you it's okay to eat what you want, as long as its 'free' or low-points, or it's a 'red' or 'green' day etc. etc.? It's a load of bunkum. You should be able to eat what you like and stay slim- but the key (I think) is everything in moderation- you never see a skinny person who exists on burgers, chips, pizza, chocolate etc.- they do have them, but in 'normal' size portions! Not a WHOLE pizza, or LARGE chips with a double quarter pounder? (iykwim?! LOL!)
