Why why WHY!!!

    So I'm on week 8 of SS and have so far lost 35lbs. I feel great, been getting lovely compliments etc etc so why in the past 5 days have I been totally off track?

    I haven't binged at all. More a case of having just 1 CD product then picking at tiny bits of food here and there. It's stupid I know but have carried on like this as the scales are still going down but this isn't the way to do it I know. It's like I'm scared to have the 3 products! Can't explain it??

    My CDC is away for a week so no WI this week and this is why I think I have been like this.

    I'm so fed up... Why do I do this everytime? I will have my 3 products today for the 1st time in days but did pick at some cake this morning. I always find ways to cheat and I want to stop! Please tell me I'm not the only one who sabotages anything good I do???

    I'm such a picker too, that;s why weight watchers and all other diets just don't work for me. I have no control if I know I can eat 'anything in moderation'. I pick and pick until more than just one slice of cake has gone.

    CD I hope will help me not to do that!

    I'm exactly the same that I seem to spoil everything good I do, everytime I used to lose weight i'd think 'well it would be ok just to have one bite...' then before I knew it I'd be back to square one, and I'd always know what I was doing but kept telling myself it wouldn't make a difference.

    This, apart from weight loss, is my main challenge, to not 'pick' and to just have proper, rightly sized portions, never to pick before because I can't wait or after because I 'want' to

    In the mean time the shakes are my meals so I'm trying really hard to concentrate on 'waiting' until meal times to have them.

    I totally feel for you, but you have done soo well and you need to tackle this now otherwise mainenance will be a struggle

    Tell yourself over and over that all you actually 'need' are the shakes the rest is your mind playing tricks on you.

    Even if you do pick you should still have the 3 shakes
