    another 3lbs gone for good :D, I had 5 bars last week, didnt order any this week see if it does make a difference

    yep I am 1 happy bunny nearly 2 stone gone, feel so much better for it. i havent had the big loses some get but I am realising it means more to me to have my eating under control.

    This is so important. So many people measure their success by the weight loss, but that really is only a small part of the big picture. The biggest success really is taking control of what we eat. Once we can do that, the rest will fall in to place.

    Well done and keep it up. :)
