Hi all just got back from wi and am a little disappointed with myself I lost 2.5lbs which I'm happy with it's just the fact I was naughty in Thursday so it could have Been more. Anyway this week is going to be 100% which I haven't been since Xmas so it had to start NOW xxxx
 
well done on 2.5lbs thats a good loss, remember a loss is still a loss no matter how big or small and is better than a gain, i had a little cheat earlier so am not looking forward to weigh in on friday but if anything i think it makes you more determined to be 100% the following week :)
