    and really pleased to have lost 4lb this week. Am cross I am still 1lb off my first stone lost, but at least I am into the next stone bracket. Yippeeeeeeeee.

    NEVER EVER going near 17st again :D

    well done im on week 3 as well had me weigh in total lost in 3 weeks 10ibs

    weight now is 12.7
