WI tomorrow!

Honestly, I think you aren't doing anything wrong and it's just your body playing catch up. The first time I did Cambridge I did it 100% by the book, no cheating whatsoever, for 5 months and there were weeks where I lost 6 pounds and weeks where I lost nothing. There's no rhyme nor reason to it, just the way it goes. It'd be lovely if we lost a steady 3.5 pounds a week but it just doesn't work like that.

I say don't change anything. At the moment you're doing fabulously well at sticking to the plan. And don't worry about the SS+ week - it might make half a pound's difference to this week's loss, but as you're 'owed' a good week's loss, you might not even notice!
