I've never found that. Maybe you need a new non-stick pan?? (And a fairly low heat - a lot lower than for frying eggs).

Noooooooo...I love that pan! It's exactly the right size and the best pan I own. It is fairly old though. Haha.

Fray - only cook the bottom for a few mins then put under the grill to cook the tops to finish them off - i use a quick spray of frylight on the bottom and my pan is old too!

i love my george, have the one with grill on one side and the flat bit on the other, the eggs are lush of the george.
