I think this was well covered in "Just dance for the Wii" was it not?
certainly depends on what stage of fitness you are as apparently there is a slower version for those who need to warm up.
I found my daughters version was very slow and really quite repetative.
However, anything that gets you up and moving has got to be good!:)
