i bought this today and done the light work out ... whats the 30 day challenge im intrested. xx

On the fitness board there's a few of us doing the 30 day challenge on the wii active. I'm actually going to start it again after the 6th July, that's my big weekend out and I've lost my mojo right now.

o kl ill have a look! i started today and done the lowest work out it killed me! i feel better for doing it thou... good luck at finding ur will power.. x
