** Wii Fit Challenge - November **

I'm not going to make my target this month as I've come down with flu/pleurisy, so I will start again in December.
 
Laura thats a good idea - I might try to change my workout to burn off a set amount of calories too. I usually burn off about 265 (I think) so I think I might push myself to burn off 300 and that will be good going :)

So sorry to hear you've been unwell with flu and pluresy busybee - get well really quickly - sending you big hugs to make you feel a little better.

My hubby often does this, he sometimes changes the item of food or drink that he has to get to the calories of, (think he has picked milk on the Wii at the moment) I tried it but picked something with too high a calorie value, so on the Wii I have picked rice, but still even if I do hour and half I don't always burn enough calories on the Wii

I'm just as crazy then, I've just got back from a walk in it, I love snow :D I was like a big kid :p Its about 5inches here so far and more expected tonight - looks beautiful but its causing traffic problems which can be annoying if you'vev got somewhere important to go. Still though - its winter, its Christmas and its snowing - nothing more perfect really :D
 
zebredy you can have my snow. I can't get my car to the farm to do the horses. Have to walk down the lane which is compacted snow aka ice. Slipped on Saturday and have broken my hand :cry:. Not impressed. So feel free to come take it away. We have more "heavy" snow forecast for tomorrow. I don't want it. Grrrrr :mad::mad::mad:

Sorry about the hand, thats the worst thing about snow and ice. I love watching it come down, and making foot prints in it, and walking in the thick stuff, rather then on the icy patches..

One year when my OH sister was still living with us, after coming back from the shops we nearly got it by a truck. The lady totally ignored the fact it was bad weather conditions and skid on the icy road, stopping her vehicle inches from us as we were about the cross to the other side.

Aw I'm so sorry to hear about your hand :( I know what its like in this weather trying to get into farms to do the horses etc, its lethal on the roads leading up.
We have really heavy snow here too and I'm actually livid as its going to disrupt my whole week, I wish it would just get lost and quit snowing :mad:
