I go on my Wii Fit around 5 times a week for just over an hour. I try to at least do the body test everyday, I can't do with the little board getting an attitude asking where I've been! Ha!
I love wii fit! i use it for at least half an hour every day, my fave is the free step for half an hour while Im watching a dvd, I use weights as well for my arms. The inches are coming off, and I have collar bones again - amazing!
