I use the wii fit regularly and it is helping me to lose weight. But I also watch what i eat and do other exercises as well.

Hi Leanne..

is use the wii fit 5 out of the 7 days... love the jogging section... 20 mins jogging... 10 minutes on the stepper and then i do 15 mins on the exercise bike... must say i love the wii fit and the body test etc...

seems to be doing the trick along with watching what i eat..

How do you do the jogging, do you do it on the spot or do you run around?
