    does anyone have or tried, my fitness coach for the wii?

    Yes, I've got the Get in Shape and Cardio Workout ones. Both really good, though GIS is high impact and tough on the knees. Cardio W is basically boxercise and is fab!

    Yeah I've got it, its really good. You can adapt it and choose you're own workout depending on what part of your body you want to work out on and you can make it easier or harder. Would def recommend it and its not expensive either which is a bonus!

    i got the my fitness coach, get in shape...ive not tried it yet, will have a go in the morning.i watched a few vids online and it looked out...

    i think everything exercise wise is going to have an impact on my knee,but if im careful im sure i'll be ok if i go steady. the only way im going to loose weight through exercsie is by trying hard and getting a bit of a sweat on lol so if i have to suffer a little bit,its all worth it in the end.

    im getting the biggest looser next week,ive been told thats really good.

    i also saw today,pilates and yoga, which could be great for helping to tone and a jillian wii fitness game.
