Wii zumba?!

Well, it's been a stressful week, been pretty much looking after everyone but myself, so I didn't get as much exercise as I would have liked this week. Sorry ladies W.I. Later, we'll see if it's affected too badly.

I just did the tutorials to start with, but was bloody knackered! It's really fun though. My husband has joined in too, and he enjoys it, and normally he hates that kind of thing!

Hey ladies, I just ordered the wii zumba game and It has arrived at home according to my OH. I am terrified but excited. I really don't know if i'll be able to do this at my size and weight/unfitness etc.

Also...the belt...how much give is in it?....

How are you getting on with your zumba i love it i play that or just dance almost every day to help me lose. I heard zumba 2 is out soon i can't wait
