WILL i GET A REFUND?

Does anyone know whether I would get a refund? Yesterday I went to the Vue Pictures to book tickets for me and my hubbie to see Les Miserables today, anyway I look out of the window and it is snowing, my husband is disabled so it is looking like we are not going to make it. I paid full price for both of us so I am hoping they will let us go another time if we don't get a refund.

Try giving them a call thats what I would do and explain GOOD LUCK

They may help, as your technically your asking for an exchange, another date, rather than your money back

All you can do is call them and see if they'll exchange the date for you, hopefully considering your circumstances they will do.

There is no obligation to refund anything with a date / time however they would be pretty poor not to allow you to use them on another night! I'm sure you will be fine good luck
