hey everyone, i joined forum few years ago (on slimfast) lost 4stone and have put 3 back on :-( grim!!!! boo hoo.

I have heard alot about the propoints plan and have been reading your threads.

i do not have time to go to the meetings and i dont have the spare cash to buy the expensive packs online.
i am a VERY fussy eater...so diets like slimming world ect dont work for me (becuase if eat nothing.lol).

can i ask if i am getting this correct...

* you have 28 propoints for a daily allowence?
* you have 49 Extra weekly points to use throughout the week?
* Fruits and Veg are free?

can you do the diet without the packs?
could i just buy the calculator and do it myself?

hope this all makes sense.

Hey 29 is the min daily points you would be on but different factors effect your points allowance. A lot of people follow it themselves if you have an iPhone there are great apps for trAcking. Most fruit and veg are free. Things like parsnips, peas, sweetcorn and dried and fruit juice have points however. And you can use your weekly points a you wish or not at all! Good luck!
